Contemplative Art Retreat Afternoon
Let's prepare for a bright and centered summer by asking ourselves what dream is budding or blooming our hearts and make way for that dream to move from inside to outside.
We will explore Creative and Contemplative exercises together, and in this retreat time you can expect: silence, a check in, breath work, ancient gazing practices, playfulness, playing with paint and other colorful art materials, singing and writing. We'll navigate this time together, discerning what will serve us in our retreat time together.
Make Me A Hollow Reed are words that came through in chant/song along with a personal vision this winter. I am personally praying into what these words mean to me, and invite you to engage in what they might mean for you. Together we can gently explore the border spaces of grace and being conduits for mystery.
This is a day retreat, rather than a workshop. Restore, receive, relax - and create from that place.
