Contemplative exercises: Lectio Divina, Gazing, Labyrinth Walk, and Temporal Art will be introduced and practiced in an artistic and inter-spiritual context.
Expect: silence, a check in, breath work, ancient gazing practices, walking the labyrinth, playfulness, playing with natural found materials to create temporal art, maybe singing and writing. We'll navigate this time together, discerning what will serve us in our retreat time together.
Often to see beyond what appears to be real, we need to soften our sight to free ourselves to see beyond.
This is a day retreat, rather than a workshop. Restore, receive, relax - and create from that place.
If your curious about Contemplative Art and how to "enter into" the world with more mindful presence, this retreat afternoon may be for you!
